We want you to spread the happiness and relish the candy which you purchased from Meraki Global. Please contact us if you don't like your purchase for any reason.
If you are not happy with your ordered product quality or it is defective, pls send us an email on info@yumearth.in
Please note the following about our returns and refund policy:
- Your order will be dispatched the next working day from the date of your order placement.
- You will receive the order in 2 working days if in Mumbai or 4 working days if pan India.
- You can cancel your order by emailing us on info@yumearth.in within 24 hours of order placement.
- We will accept returns only if the products have a manufacturing defect and should be accompanied with our purchase receipt and scrutinized by our team.
- We will refund the amount by cheque in the name as on the order details. The courier charges will be borne by us and will reach you within 5 working days.
- In case of exchange, products of the same value will be sent to you.
